Question: Are your items original?

Answer: Yes, they are.

The “AM” in our name stands for “Authentic Merchant” and we pride ourselves in the name.

To make our items affordable – we have provided optional costs that can be added to your jerseys at a higher cost.

-          Jersey Grade: Regular/Fan/Spectator Grade jerseys and Authentic/Player/Stadium Grade jerseys are available at different prices.

-          Jersey Preference: Do you want a plain jersey or you want it customized (with your name and number at the back)? Customized jerseys come at an additional cost.

-          Additional Badge: You can add domestic or international competition arm badges to your jersey order at an additional cost (we have the EPL Badge and UCL badge available)

Question: Difference between Player Grade & Fan Grade jerseys

Answer: Player Grade jerseys (also known as authentic & stadium grade jerseys) is identical to the exact jersey’s players wear on the pitch. It is made with technologically enhanced fabric that helps move/dry out sweat from the body while players run around the pitch. It is also breathable and clingy to the body.   

Fan Grade jerseys (also known as regular & spectator grade jerseys) are made with fabric that is also breathable but not technologically enhanced like the player grade jerseys. It is durable, easy to maintain and just like the name implies – it’s for the fans!

 

Question: Do you sell jerseys for women and kids too?

Answer: Yes we do.

Female & kids jerseys are usually sold out very quickly but we restock quickly as well.

Question: How often do you stock & restock?

Answer: We stock & re-stock items regularly to ensure that our customers can always rep their clubs sharp sharp!

If the item you order is currently out of stock, a rep will get across to you as regards timeframe when the jersey would be made available (this is typically between 4 – 8 days)

 

Question: How do I know my size?

Answer: Please check our size guide here for more details.

We typically advise that you use the same size as your regular shirt, blouse or the age range you get when sopping for your kid's clothes (e.g Age 2-4 years old jerseys).

Ladies are advised to get a regular Large jersey if they wear XL.

 

Question: How do you customize jerseys?

Answer: We customize jerseys using suede prints only. The customization is durable and long lasting.

You can customize your jerseys in unique ways (using symbols, drawings etc) but we advise that you send a graphic or drawing depicting exactly how you intend the customization to be done if you want something unorthodox.

Please contact us via our WhatsApp channel as soon as possible concerning unique customization requests.

 

Question: What happens if the item I want is sold out?

Answer: If the item you order is currently out of stock, a rep will get across to you as regards timeframe when the jersey would be made available (this is typically between 6 – 10 days)

 

**Payment

Question: What payments can I use?

Answer: At AM Jersey – payments can be made via our website channel using MasterCard, Visa, Bank Transfer as well as other services provided by Paystack. 

Question: Is it safe to shop on www.amjersey.shop?

Answer: AM Jersey has put the highest level of security measures in place to ensure all your shopping experience on our site is safe and secure.

 Question: I want to cancel my order, How can I get a refund?

Answer: If your order is not shipped yet and has not been printed on (If you chose “customization”) – then you can contact us as regards cancelling your order.

We can help you cancel your order and give you a refund.

Please contact us via our customer care channels as soon as possible concerning cancellation requests.

  **Delivery & Returns

-          Delivery within Lagos: This takes between 1 – 3 working days depending on jersey preference (is the jersey plain or customized). A longer delivery date would be communicated if necessary.     

-          Delivery within Nigeria: This takes between 3 – 5 working days once jersey is shipped out of our warehouse. (Note: customization takes a day and is not added to the delivery timeline). A longer delivery date would be communicated if necessary. 

-          Delivery within Africa: This takes between 5 – 10 working days once jersey is shipped out of our warehouse. (Note: customization takes a day and is not added to the delivery timeline). A longer delivery date would be communicated if necessary. 

-          Delivery outside Africa: This takes between 5 – 10 working days once jersey is shipped out of our warehouse. (Note: customization takes a day and is not added to the delivery timeline). A longer delivery date would be communicated if necessary. 

Please ensure you put accurate contact details with your order.  

- What if I want to pick up my order instead of paying a delivery fee: You can pickup your order from one of our pickup points once your details have been processed and order confirmed. Kindly send us a message on WhatsApp if this is applicable to you. 

Question: How can I track my order?

Answer: For deliveries outside Lagos and Nigeria – we provide a waybill/tracking ID you can use to track your order.

For deliveries within Lagos – a customer care rep would contact you as regards when your items would be delivered (typically within 2/3 days)

Please expect all deliveries within Lagos between 10:30am & 6pm (in some certain cases such as bad weather, machinery failure etc - deliveries might come a little later. Please bear with us on days like this) 

 

Question: How do I return the jersey I bought?

Answer: If an item is damaged upon delivery, a wrong size was sent or you are not happy with your order – you can return to us and ask for a refund or an exchange instead.

Q: I’m shopping on your website for the first time – can I get a discount?

A: Of course… we always have automated discounts running on our online channels only and promos happen regularly. 

Q: This item was on sale the last time I checked your website – now the price has gone up. Why?

A: Our prices are subject to change at any time due to factors beyond our control.

However, we ensure to always bring the best quality items at the best price to you.
